Chestnut DT Day
On the 19th of November we held a DT Day in school
This week we had an exciting DT day. The focus for this half-term was textiles. The children firstly looked at clothes and how they are put together and then practised blanket, straight and back stitch and attaching a button. Next the children designed their own tote bag before applying all of their stitching skills to bring their own designs to life.
