On Monday, everybody celebrated completing our Gruffalo Reading Challenge with a special story time.

Over the last few months, children from all classes have worked together to read for pleasure, completing an amount of books which, when stacked up, were as tall as our life-size Gruffalo (made by our Lunchtime Library Squad). 

To celebrate, the children enjoyed hot chocolate and a biscuit whilst listening to different members of the staff read some lovely stories. Children enjoyed relaxing on beanbags and cushions and getting lost in the wonderful world of storytelling. Well done, everyone!
