KS2 went to Hartismere High school to take part in an orienteering event with lots of other schools.  They developed their map reading skills and stamina for running as they had a go at three different activities.  The activities increased in difficulty leading up to a timed orienteering event using the whole of the field and surrounding area.  The children had a great time and worked well in pairs and teams.
